SAVE MONEY, WIN PRIZES WITH DRIVE LESS CONNECT

Lane County residents have a new resource available to help them save money and reduce the impact of driving alone by finding carpools and other options to get to the places they need to go.

Drive Less Connect is a statewide web-based rideshare service where users can find carpool and vanpool partners, bike buddies, and can log their trips to track their savings and win prizes. It is provided by ODOT and administered locally by Point2point at Lane Transit District.

Log five trips within the first 30 days of registering at DriveLessConnect.com and you will receive a coupon for a free Dutch Bros. drink. And through the end of April, $25 Fred Meyer gift cards will be awarded in random weekly drawings to users who have logged trips for at least five days.

Valley River Center Park & Ride Has a New Location!

Due to expansion activities at Valley River Center, the LTD Park & Ride is moving to a new location. There will be 20 spaces available to Park & Ride users along the river path, just southwest of the Regal Cinema and the LTD Transit Station. Signage will be installed to indicate the spaces to be used for Park & Ride purposes. Please leave spaces adjacent to the mall entrance available for mall customers. ANNUAL ROUTE REVIEW RESULTS RELEASED

Each year, LTD performs a thorough analysis of bus service and recommends changes that are implemented in the fall. The evaluation includes a review of various statistics, such as ridership and input from LTD bus operators, customers, and the general public. This year LTD proposed several minor changes and one large routing change that would affect routes 40, 51, and 52.
