Lane Transit District is surveying transit riders as part of larger effort that involves transit agencies from around North America. Your responses will assist us in evaluating our bus service and provides us the opportunity to correlate our results with the other participating agencies. By learning from each other we will be able to work toward giving you even better service.

As a thank you for your time, all respondents will be entered for a chance to win a $150 to the Eugene Running Company.

Service alert

LTD makes every attempt to inform customers of construction detours as soon as we have the information. When routes require a detour, LTD makes every attempt to serve as much of the route as possible and return to regular routing as soon as conditions allow.

Due to construction at 13th Avenue and Olive Street, inbound Routes 32, 33, 36, 41, 76 and 93 will detour on either Lincoln or Oak to Eugene Station.  Two stops will be missed.  For continued service to Eugene Station use the bus stop on 13th Avenue, east of Jefferson Street.

Effective April 15, 2015, the shelter at Highway 99 and Roosevelt will be removed and the stop will not be served during construction. This will affect inbound Route 43. For continued service to Eugene Station, use the bus stop near St. Vincent de Paul or on Roosevelt near Bakers Boots & Clothing.

Beginning April 13, due to construction on Olive Street between 17th and 18th Avenue, inbound Route 36 will detour left on Lincoln, right on 17th, left on Olive. One stop will be missed. For service to Eugene Station use the bus stop on 18th Avenue east of Lawrence.

Beginning Tuesday, February 10, two stops on Charnelton between 5th and Broadway will not be served due to construction on Charnelton. This will affect inbound Routes 40, 51, 52, & 55. Use the temporary stop on the west side of Olive Street between 7th and 8th Avenues.

Beginning Wednesday, February 11, two stops on 7th Avenue between Jefferson and Charnelton will not be served due to construction on Charnelton. This will affect inbound Route 95. Use bus stops on 10th Avenue between Washington and Charnelton.
