Lane Transit District is pleased to invite you, our community, to use our transportation services.

LTD would like to hear from you. Contact a customer service representative and report your experience to LTD. Please include as much information as possible (what happened, where it happened, the time, a route number, a bus number, etc.). All details of the experience are important in the evaluation process.

Monday - Friday
7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

The sales desk wil be closed on Saturday and Sunday. The lobby waiting area and change machine will be available from
9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
