MOST BUSES OPERATE BETWEEN THE FOLLOWING HOURS:

Weekdays: 5:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. 
Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Sundays: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER
is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.

THERE IS NO SERVICE ON:

• Memorial Day
• Fourth of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
• New Year's Day

LTD service may end early on Christmas Eve. Call Customer Service or check the LTD home page for updated information.

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

Many LTD bus routes that serve UO, LCC, and 4J high schools experience schedule or routing changes when school is out on holiday or seasonal breaks. Check your route page and our school holiday calendar for details.

LTD buses may be delayed, detoured, or may not be wheelchair accessible when the roads become slippery.

Accessibility during Snow and Ice Conditions
Lifts: If a lift will not function and if the next bus exceeds 30 minutes, LTD will arrange for alternative transportation for guests. Options for alternative transportation may include sending a bus and bus operator, calling an accessible taxi, or contacting RideSource.

Bus Stops: During snow and ice, bus operators may determine whether a bus stop is unsafe to stop or deploy the lift. Example: On steep, hilly, icy streets, it may be unsafe to stop the bus. If the stop is not clear of snow, guests with disabilities may wait for the bus at a cleared sidewalk or driveway near the bus stop.

Snow Van Service: The snow vans are not lift-equipped. LTD guests with disabilities living in snow van neighborhoods may use RideSource for transportation when LTD operates in snow and ice modes.

RideSource: LTD customers with disabilities who use the bus in steep, hilly areas of Eugene are encouraged to use RideSource during extreme snowy conditions. RideSource provides curb-to-curb accessible transportation for guests who have difficulty using LTD buses. During snow and ice, RideSource is LTD’s primary “back up” service for LTD guests who use wheelchairs and live in the snow-van area, or who are unable to get to their bus stop because of snow.
