Route 81 LCC/Harris serves the University of Oregon, East 11th Avenue, Sacred Heart Medical Center, Patterson Street, South Eugene High School, 19th Avenue, Harris Street, 30th Avenue, and Lane Community College Main Campus.
The bus leaves UO Station at 12th and Kincaid and turns West onto 11th Avenue and then South on Patterson Street. It turns East onto 19th Avenue, serving South Eugene High School before continuing on 19th and then South on Harris Street. Upon reaching 30th Avenue, the bus travels East to LCC Main Campus, where the bus returns along the route to U of O Station. On evenings and Saturday, the route also serves Eugene Station.
