Franklin Boulevard Redevelopment Service Impacts
The City of Springfield has begun to redevelop Franklin Boulevard between Interstate 5 and the McVay Highway. Construction is expected to last into 2018. During this extended construction period, LTD will continue to provide EmX service along Franklin Boulevard between Eugene and Springfield. Construction may affect EmX schedules and access to stations along the way.
