LTD regularly engages the community in decisions regarding future projects. LTD continuously looks ahead by planning for the community’s future transportation needs. Currently plans are underway on numerous projects that address long-range service priorities and the development of a new transit center. Projects include:

• A Comprehensive Operating Analysis, an in-depth transit system study designed to identify strengths, areas for improvements, and suggestions to improve efficiency and increase usage
  
• MovingAhead, a study to determine and prioritize transit, walking, and biking projects along corridors in Eugene to facilitate future development, and
  
• The Santa Clara Community Transit Center, an 8-acre former school property site under development to become a transit center and Park & Ride facility, along with private development opportunities 
  
  

Over the course of this year, numerous public engagement activities will occur for which LTD relies on the interest and input of its riders, members of the public, businesses and other stakeholders, to help shape transit services.
