LTD would like to hear from you. Contact a customer service representative and report your experience to LTD. Please include as much information as possible (what happened, where it happened, the time, a route number, a bus number, etc.). All details of the experience are important in the evaluation process.

The sales desk will be closed on Saturday and Sunday. The lobby waiting area will be available from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Customers will have access to a change machine, route and trip-planning kiosk, and ticket vending machine.
