Jameson T. Auten

Jameson T. Auten is the CEO of Lane Transit District, serving the Eugene-Springfield, Oregon Metropolitan Area. He leads LTD’s 330 employees who connect our community aboard the District’s buses that serve 32 neighborhood routes and three bus rapid transit routes known as EmX.
Jameson is very active in the public transportation industry, including the American Association of Public Transportation and the National Academies of Sciences. He is a 2014 graduate of Leadership APTA. Jameson earned an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and a bachelor’s degree from California University of Pennsylvania (PennWest).
He and his wife, Mindy, live in Eugene.
Camille Gandolfi

Camille oversees the creation and implementation of Lane Transit District’s major projects and activities critical to the District accomplishing its strategic business goals. Prior to being named Chief of Staff she was the District’s Clerk to the Board of Directors. Camille is a recognized transportation industry leader in developing meaningful public processes. She has presented at industry conferences to share the experience and knowledge she gained from leading the development and implementation of a new District-wide records management program.
An LTD employee since 2014, Camille earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Walden University, and has a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Lane Community College. She is a graduate of the Eugene and Springfield’s joint-chamber of commerce 2020 Leadership Eugene-Springfield Cohort.
A native of the Eugene/Springfield area, Camille enjoys weekends exploring the state, visiting family in California, and running.

Joe leads Lane Transit District’s planning and development department, including the operation and maintenance of all District facilities. An LTD employee since 1999, Joe has led some of the region’s largest public capital projects that improve access, efficiency, and overall passenger service. His leadership in facility asset management ensures the District is a good steward of local, state, and federal infrastructure investments for the long term. Joe actively collaborates with public and private partners to ensure the District and its community members are at the forefront of regional transportation initiatives and discussions.
A graduate of the University of Oregon’s School of Planning, Public Policy and Management, he is originally from Portland. Joe lives with his family in Eugene.
Cosette Rees

Cosette leads Lane Transit District’s operations and public safety, fleet management, and customer and accessible services departments. Her LTD career began more than 27 years ago. Cosette’s passion is connecting community members across the District to vital services, jobs, education, and the many recreational and cultural opportunities that make our area a wonderful place to live.
She is a past president of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, serves on the Board of Directors for Alternative Works Concepts, and is a member of Springfield Rotary Club. An October 2023 graduate of the American Public Transportation Association’s Leadership Program, Cosette earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management with a minor in Chinese Language from the University of Oregon.
Originally from Salem, Oregon, Cosette lives in Camp Creek with her husband. They have three children.

Pat leads Lane Transit District’s research, marketing and communications, public engagement, and government and community relations teams. He has nearly 40 years of experience in the private-sector. Before joining LTD in 2021, Pat was a public relations consultant to the District for 20 years, as he worked his way to becoming President/CEO of Vox Public Relations Public Affairs, an award-winning agency that served clients throughout the United States as well as in Asia and Australia.
Pat has served on the boards of directors for numerous civic and social service organizations, including Catholic Community Services, Cornerstone Community Housing, Western Oregon University Foundation, Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Lane County Poverty and Homelessness Board.
Born and raised in Wisconsin, he earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, a master’s degree in business leadership from Bushnell University, and has completed additional course work in marketing at Cornell University.
Pat and his wife, Beth, are parents to two adult daughters, Colleen and Shannon.
