To report a lost item, use the form below, or call 541-687-5555 (7-1-1 TTY) or 1-800-248-3861 (7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. weekdays). Most unclaimed items are donated to charity after 7 days. Unclaimed bicycles, purses, wallets, and electronics (cell phones, tablets, laptops, etc.) are donated after 30 days. Please call before going to pick up the lost item.
