How to redeem your benefit code:
- Download the Umo app on the Apple App store or Google Play store.
- Create a Umo account.
- In the app, open the menu on the upper right-hand side.
- Select "Redeem Benefit" from the menu.
- Tap "Change Agency" and select LTD - Lane Transit District.
- Type the last eight characters of the benefit code above.
- Click "Continue."
- Use the QR code in your Umo Wallet to board the bus.
The QR code on the app can be scanned as many times as needed, for multiple family members, and for multiple trips. It must be scanned once per rider in your party.
