Riley and Perry Journey Mechanic and Lead Mechanic Congratulations to Riley and Perry, LTD’s May 2013 Employees of the Month.  Riley was hired as a general service worker in March 2012 and promoted to journey mechanic in September 2012.  Perry was hired as a general service worker in August 1979 and was promoted to journey mechanic in January 1980. He was then promoted to lead journey mechanic instructor in February 2007.  Both were nominated by a maintenance supervisor who appreciated their work ethic and positive attitudes on a not-so-pleasant assignment.  They both showed teamwork and initiative.        Riley says that LTD is a good place to work, and he enjoys having fun with his coworkers.  Perry likes that he is able to train new employees because in the process, he learns a lot. In his time off Riley enjoys riding his Harley, off-roading in his Jeeps, camping, hunting, and fishing.  Perry enjoys going to the cabin with his family, riding his motorcycle, fishing, hunting, and just being outdoors.
