Cesar Bus Operator Congratulations to Cesar, LTD’s February 2010 Employee of the Month.  Cesar was hired as a bus operator in August 2007.         Cesar was nominated for this award by his supervisor, who appreciated his willingness and spirit of teamwork in helping out at a football game after he had already completed his work.  “Cesar knew that it was going to be a very long day, and he gave up plans with his family.”           Cesar enjoys serving the community in his work at LTD and he appreciates the family environment that exists among the employees.    When not at work, Cesar enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities, such as camping, fishing, and walking his dog.
