Connected by Art: Winners Announced for LTD’s Student Art Contest for Grades 6-12

LTD invited local students in grades 6-12 to showcase their creativity and submit a piece of original artwork to LTD’s Student Art Contest. From after-school activities to internships to big dreams down the road, students submitted artwork inspired by this year’s theme, “Where LTD Can Take You”.

The Student Art Contest is broken into two divisions: grades 6-8 and grades 9-12. Each division has a first, second, and third place award. Nearly 100 students from schools all over Lane County submitted artwork!

LTD team members voted on all of the pieces to determine the finalists, and a judging panel, including the LTD Board of Directors, selected the first, second, and third place pieces for each division, as well as honorable mentions. The division winners’ artwork will be displayed on the outside of two LTD buses later this year!

High School Division (Grades 9-12)
