Standard Bus Operating Hours
Most buses operate between the following hours, but check your specific route to be sure:
Weekdays:
6:00 a.m. – 12:30 a.m.
Saturday:
7:00 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.
Sunday:
8:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Customer Service Center Modified Hours
On New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day, the Eugene Station Customer Service Center is open from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The Springfield Customer Service Center location does not have modified hours, but closes along with the Eugene location on days with no bus service.

Lost and Found
Report a lost item using the form below or call the Customer Service Center during regular business hours. Most unclaimed items are donated after 7 days, but bicycles, purses, wallets, and electronics are held for 30 days. Please give us a call before coming to pick up your lost item.
