Enrolling Is Easy

If you’re age 65 or older, it’s easy to get a free bus pass by enrolling in our Honored Rider program:

  1. Visit an LTD Customer Service Center to complete an application.
  2. A customer service representative will check your photo ID and take a photo of you.
  3. Your photo will be printed on your Honored Rider Pass.
  4. Choose either a benefit code for the Umo app or a tap card, then use the tap card or app to ride for free the next time you board the bus.

Need Help?

Honored Rider Passes are valid for 5 years and are easy to renew at a Customer Service Center. 

To replace a lost Honored Rider Pass, riders should go to the Customer Service Center. There is a $5.00 fee to replace an Honored Rider Pass.
