The route begins at Commerce Station at Walmart, where transfers can be made from Routes 36, 41, and 93. The bus continues east on 11th Avenue and north onto Garfield Street, where transfers can be made to Routes 41 and 55. The bus travels east on 7th Avenue, south on Charnelton Street, east on 10th Avenue to Eugene Station (Bay T) heading to Springfield Station. The bus continues east on 10th Avenue, south on Mill Street, east on 11th Avenue where it turns into Franklin Blvd serving the University of Oregon and Hayward Field. Continuing on Franklin Blvd the bus serves Springfield Station (Bay G) heading to Gateway/RiverBend. Heading north on Pioneer Parkway at Hayden Bridge Station the bus has two different loops options. The first loop option continues north on Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, east on RiverBend Drive serving Sacred Heart Hospital, east on St. Joseph Place, north on Baldy View Lane which turns into International Way. The bus turns south on Gateway Street to Gateway Station (Bay C) where transfers can be made to Route 12. The second loop option turns west on Harlow Road, north on Gateway Street to Gateway Station (Bay D) where transfers can be made to Route 12.

The return bus has two loop options at Gateway Station. The first loop option at Gateway Station (Bay C) the bus continues south on Gateway Street, east on Harlow Road, south on Pioneer Parkway, east on South A Street to the Springfield Station (Bay F) heading to Eugene Station/Commerce Station. The second loop option at Gateway Station (Bay D) the bus continues north on Gateway Street, east on International Way which turns into Baldy View Lane, west on Saint Joseph Place, South on RiverBend Drive serving Sacred Heart Hospital. Continuing on RiverBend Drive, south of Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway which turns into Pioneer Parkway, east on South A Street to the Springfield Station (Bay F) heading to Eugene Station/Commerce Station. After leaving the Springfield Station the bus continues on Pioneer Parkway, west on Main Street which turns into Franklin Blvd serving Hayward Field and University of Oregon. Continuing on Franklin Blvd the bus turns west on 11th Avenue to Eugene Station (Bay U) to Commerce Station. The bus then continues West on 11th Avenue, north on Charnelton Street, west on 6th Avenue, south on Garfield, where transfers can be made to Routes 41 and 55. The bus then turns west on 11th Avenue to Commerce Station at Target where transfers can be made to Routes 36, 41, and 93. The Commerce Station at Target is the end of the trip. Passenger will need to deboard the bus at this station.
