The wait is over! Our new 31-Day and 92-Day Passes are now available for purchase in the Umo app, at UmoPass.com, and at LTD’s Customer Service Centers. Get ready to experience a better, more flexible way to ride with LTD!
What are the benefits of the 31-Day & 92-Day Pass?
- Maximizing value: you get a full 31 or 92 days of unlimited rides, no matter what day of the month you purchase your pass.
- Budget flexibility: purchase your bus pass any time in the month that works best for you.
- More control: the first tap activates the pass, not the date of purchase or first of the month.
- Auto-renewal: choose to set up automatic renewals on your pass for your convenience.
What’s changing?
- The pass is valid for 31 or 92 days, instead of one or three calendar months.
- Buy any time in the month, when it’s convenient for you.
- The first tap activates the pass, not the date of purchase or the first of the month, ensuring you receive a full 31 or 92 days of unlimited rides from the moment you activate your pass.
- Calendar month and 3-Month passes are no longer available for purchase.
What’s not changing?
- Pass price is not changing.
- Must tap to board neighborhood and EmX buses.
- Day passes are not changing and are still valid for one calendar day.
- Fare capping will continue to use calendar months to keep track of how much fare you’ve paid. If you pay per ride with the Umo app or tap card, you’ll still get the same savings as the new 31-Day Pass.
