Your Voice Matters: Help Your Fellow Riders and Climb the Leaderboard!
We want every trip you take with LTD to be a great one. Now, there is a fast and fun way to share your experience in real time! Using the Transit app, you can use Rate-My-Ride to tell us how things are going while you travel.
Here’s how it works:
While you’re using GO mode step-by-step navigation, the app will sometimes ask you a quick question or two. For example, “How crowded is the vehicle?” or “Did your bus come when it said it would?” These aren’t just random questions – your answers help us make your future rides even better!
How It Works
When you use GO step-by-step navigation, the app will occasionally pop up with a quick question. It only takes a second to tap an answer:
- “How crowded is the vehicle?” — Your answer is shared instantly so other riders know if there is a seat waiting for them.
- “Did the bus come when you expected?” — This helps us and your fellow riders know if the bus is running on time.
- “Overall rating” (1-5 stars) — This helps everyone see which routes are doing great.
Your Fellow Riders Will Thank You
When you share a quick update, you aren’t just talking to a computer. You are helping everyone else on your route! Your real-time feedback helps other riders using the app, and it helps LTD improve your experience.
Earn Points and Top the Leaderboard
Giving feedback is now a game! The more you help, the more points you earn. Your score shows the total number of riders you have helped that month. Can you make it to the top of the local leaderboard?
Spreading the Good News
We love hearing when things go right! When you leave a positive rating or a nice comment, we share it directly with our customer service team and bus operators. It makes an operator’s day to know they provided a safe, on-time ride for you.
