A little gratitude goes a long way! Here are a few ways you can join the celebration:
Sign a Banner: Stop by Eugene Station on March 18 to leave a personal note of thanks on our appreciation banners.
Submit an Employee Compliment: Did an LTD employee go above and beyond to make your experience better? Submit an employee compliment in person or at a Customer Service Center.
Say Thanks in Person: A simple “thank you,” a “thumbs up,” or a friendly wave as you board can truly make an employee’s day.
Leave a Note in the Transit App: When you see the prompt in Transit, tap to leave a note. Operators love seeing your messages!
