Ride LTD to the New Springfield Farmers Market

The Lane County Farmers Market is expanding to Springfield! The Springfield Farmers Market opens June 7 with more than 40 farms and food artisans. Shop for local, fresh food every Sunday, June through October, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 

The Springfield Farmers Market is located in the Springfield Public Library Parking Lot at 225 5th Street, just three blocks from Springfield Station. 

To celebrate the expansion to Springfield, LTD is partnering with the Lane County Farmers Market to offer activities and prizes. Here’s how it works: 

  1. Visit the LTD & Market booth to get your activity passport. 
  1. Complete activities listed in the passport. 
  1. Get a stamp at the LTD & Market booth for each activity completed. 
  1. Complete all activities and bring your finished passport back to the LTD/LCFM Info Booth to be entered into a grand prize drawing.

Getting to the Springfield Farmers Market is easy with LTD! Board any route to Springfield Station, including EmX. The Springfield Farmers Market is just three blocks away from Springfield Station. Use the Transit app to find the best route with step-by-step directions. 

About Lane County Farmers Market 

Lane County Farmers Market (LCFM) provides an opportunity for the community to purchase fresh, in-season, locally grown farm products and value-added products while interacting directly with the growers and producers. LCFM is comprised of over 100 vendors, all of whom grow or produce goods in Oregon. 

Area Markets: 

  • Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., January-December at 8th & Oak in Eugene 
  • Tuesdays, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., May-October at 8th & Oak in Eugene 
  • Sundays, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., June-October at Springfield City Hall 

LCFM accepts cash, credit cards, LCFM market tokens, SNAP/EBT cards, WIC checks (not WIC cards), and Senior Farm Direct vouchers. LCFM participates in the Double Up Food Bucks program where shoppers can receive up to $20 in Food Bucks when using their SNAP benefits at the market. Visit our Info Booth for questions about currencies, to process SNAP/EBT cards, and to buy LCFM tokens.
