LTD’s budget is funded through a combination of fares, taxes paid by local employers and employees, and from state and federal sources. The following financial documents show how LTD balances its resources and requirements to provide transit services. For documents from previous years not listed below, please either submit a public records request or search for records online .

Financial Reports
Oregon Statutes require LTD to publish a complete set of financial statements independently audited by a firm of licensed, certified public accountants. This document is called the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. For your convenience, LTD offers Annual Reports on our website for the past five years. For information outside this date range, please submit a public records request.
