Board asks staff for more information

After the proposed system was unveiled in November, some riders raised concerns about localized reductions in service. The LTD Board asked staff to look at how those concerns might be addressed within the parameters of a system that increases ridership.

Increasing frequency while considering coverage is a delicate balance. Some riders may see their service reduced. The Board is sensitive to mitigating those effects as part of its system design.

Staff will report to the Board in mid-March.
