Customer Service Center


Attention Riders
On July 1, 2021 the lobby seating area, restrooms and ATM at the Customer Service Center became open to the public again. The Customer Service Center is open from 7a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday; and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. Customer Service staff are available to provide information Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

LTD’s administrative office in Glenwood is closed. For those with questions for the administrative team, call 541-682-6101.

LTD would like to hear from you. Contact a customer service representative and report your experience to LTD. Please include as much information as possible (what happened, where it happened, the time, a route number, a bus number, etc.). All details of the experience are important in the evaluation process.

7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Saturday - Sunday:
The sales desk will be closed on Saturday and Sunday. The lobby waiting area will be available from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Customers will have access to a change machine, route and trip-planning kiosk, and ticket vending machine.
