Franklin Boulevard Corridor EmX Improvements

Description

LTD is partnering with the City of Eugene on the reconstruction of Franklin Boulevard. LTD is providing matching funds to leverage a successful federal RAISE grant awarded to the City, supporting the reconstruction of the EmX corridor between the Walnut and Dads’ Gates stations. The project will reduce delays on the region’s busiest transit corridor and create a safer, more attractive street with improved crossings, protected and connected bikeways, sidewalks, and dedicated dual EmX lanes supporting transit-oriented development.
