Fall Service Change

Fall Service Change Begins Sunday, September 7, 2025

The following service change will take effect on Sunday, September 7, 2025. The change is based on adjusting service to ridership demand and increasing operating efficiency.

Route 1 – Downtown Loop (Weekday, Saturday, Sunday)

• Routing will change.
• Buses will run every 30 minutes Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Evening service will run one hour later, ending at 6:30 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays.
• Updated timepoints for all days.

Route 11 – Thurston (Weekday, Saturday, Sunday)

• The stop name will change from "Thurston Station, Bay B" to "Main and Bob Straub."
• Sunday timepoints will be updated.
• No change to routing or stop locations.

Route 12 – Gateway (Weekday)

• New trips added at 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Route 13 – Centennial (Weekday)

• New trips added at 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Route 17 – 5th/Hayden Bridge (Weekday, Saturday, Sunday)

• Timepoint updates for all days.

Route 18 – Mohawk (Saturday, Sunday)

• Timepoint updates for all days.

Route 24 – Donald (Weekday, Saturday, Sunday)

• Weekdays: New trips added at 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 5 minutes added to the 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. trips.
• Timepoint updates for all days.

Route 28 – Hilyard (Weekday, Saturday, Sunday)

• Weekdays: New trips at 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 5 minutes added to the 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. trips.
• Sunday: 5 minutes added to the 3:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. trips.
• Timepoint updates for all days.

Route 36 – West 18th (Weekday, Saturday, Sunday)

• New routing: the bus will continue on 18th, turn right on Willow Creek, right on West 11th, right on Bertelsen, then resume regular route.
• Weekdays:
  • New trips at 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
  • The 6:35 a.m. trip to Eugene Station is removed.
  • Evening trips from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. will no longer continue* on as Route 41.
• Saturdays:
  • Evening trips after 7:30 p.m. will no longer continue* on as Route 41.
  • 5 minutes added to trips between 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
• Sundays: Evening trips after 8:30 p.m. will no longer continue* on as Route 41.
• Timepoint updates for all days.

Route 40 – Echo Hollow (Weekday, Saturday, Sunday)

• Weekdays:
  • New trips at 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
  • 5 minutes added to the 3:00 p.m. trip.
• Sunday: 5 minutes added to the 1:20 p.m. trip.
• Timepoint updates for all days.

Route 41 – Barger/Commerce (Weekday, Saturday, Sunday)

• New routing: Route 41 will serve Bertelsen instead of Danebo. The bus will continue on Royal, right on Bertelsen, and right on West 11th until the end of the route. 
• Weekdays:
  • New trips at 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
  • 5 minutes added to the 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. trips.
  • Evening trips from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. will no longer continue* on as Route 36.
• Saturdays:
  • New trip added at 10:00 a.m.
  • Evening trips from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. will no longer continue* on as Route 36.
• Sundays:
  • 5 minutes added to the 10:30 a.m. trip.
  • Evening trips from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. will no longer continue* on as Route 36.
• Timepoint updates for all days.

Route 51 – Santa Clara (Weekday, Saturday, Sunday)

• Weekdays: New trips at 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 5 minutes added to the 4:30 p.m. trip.
• Timepoint updates for all days.

Route 52 – Irving (Weekday, Saturday, Sunday)

• Saturday: 5 minutes added to the 12:00 p.m. trip.
• Timepoint updates for all days.

Route 55 – North Park (Weekday)

• 5 minutes added to the 3:20 p.m. trip.
• Timepoint updates for weekday service.

Route 66 – VRC/Coburg Road (Weekday, Sunday)

• Weekdays: New trips at 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
• Timepoint updates for weekday and Sunday service.

Route 67 – Coburg Road/VRC (Weekday, Sunday)

• Weekdays: New trips at 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m., and 7:00 p.m.
• Timepoint updates for Sunday service.

Route 95 – Junction City (Weekday)

• Timepoint updates for weekday service.

Route 98 – Cottage Grove (Weekday, Saturday, Sunday)

• Weekdays:
  • New trips at 12:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
  • The 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. trips will go to Walmart only (they will not run the full Cottage Grove Loop).
• Timepoint updates for all days.

*Do you stay on the bus at 11th & Commerce to continue your trip on Route 36 or 41? For trips starting at 7:30 p.m. or later, you’ll need to transfer buses beginning September 7.
