The LTD Connector is a shuttle service in Cottage Grove operated only within the Cottage Grove city limits by South Lane Wheels.

You can book a trip on an LTD Connector vehicle using one of two methods: mobile app or phone call. Submit your pick-up and drop-off locations, and a vehicle will pick you up. It’s that easy. The cost of the shuttle is $1 per ride.

Fares

Each ride is $1 and must be paid in cash. LTD fare, including student ID, Half-Fare, or Honored Rider passes, is not currently accepted on the LTD Connector.

Service Hours

Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The LTD Connector does not operate on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day After Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day.

The LTD Connector seats 10, plus two wheelchair securement areas. LTD’s Rules for Riding apply to rides on the LTD Connector.

You can view estimated wait times when you enter your pick-up and drop-off locations in the app or via text message. Wait times will vary depending on nearby driver availability and other passengers, but generally, wait times do not exceed 30 minutes.

Simply call LTD Connector dispatch at 541-682-3238 Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The first time you call to book a ride, you will need to set up an account, which will allow for a smooth booking process in the future.

Cottage Grove Origin to Destination Service

LTD’s Cottage Grove Origin to Destination Service is a pre-scheduled transportation service that operates within the City of Cottage Grove on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This service will pick you up at your location and deliver you to your destination. It is recommended that you reserve your ride by calling 541-682-3238 at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day requests are served only if there is capacity. Rides start at $3.00 one way per person for an up to 3-mile trip.

Like the LTD Connector, the Cottage Grove Origin to Destination Service is a shared ride service, so other passengers may board or be dropped off while the bus is en route to your destination.

Please note that the Cottage Grove Origin to Destination Service will end this winter. LTD expects to expand the LTD Connector’s capacity at that time.
