Every bus trip should be easy to navigate and accessible for everyone. Whether you’re a daily commuter or a weekend explorer, your experience at the bus stop matters to us. Complete our short bus stop information and accessibility survey to share your thoughts.
Tell Us What You Think
We’re planning for the future, and nobody knows our bus stops better than the people who use them every day. By sharing your thoughts, you’re helping us make bus stops more user-friendly and accessible.
Take our survey in English or Spanish and answer questions like:
- How often do you use the schedule signs posted at stops?
- What would make bus stop signs more usable for you as a rider?
- How would you rate the overall accessibility of the bus stop you most recently used?
How We’ll Use Your Feedback
- We want to know which parts of our bus stop signs are most helpful to you and how we can improve them. Your feedback helps us design better signs for everyone.
- Help us identify stops that need accessibility improvements. Even though LTD doesn’t maintain city and county sidewalks, road pavement, and curb cuts, we can work with our partners to support upgrades and make improvements to areas on LTD property.
- This feedback will not directly impact the areas we serve or the frequency of service. If you want to share feedback about where the bus travels and schedules, submit an online comment form.
