Planning ahead helps you have a smooth ride. Whether you want to explore a new neighborhood or just get to work on time, there are many ways to find your route. Here are the best tools to help you plan your journey. 

LTD Online Trip Planner 

You can find our trip planner right on the home page of LTD.org. It is a simple tool that uses real-time data to show you exactly when the bus will arrive. Just enter where you are and where you want to go. We will show you the best routes and any bus changes you might need to make. 

The Transit App

The Transit app is a great partner for your commute. We recommend this app because it provides: 

  • Real-time tracking: See exactly where your bus is on the map. 
  • Go Mode: Get notifications when it is time to leave your house and when your stop is coming up. 
  • Customization: You can tell the app to show you trips with less walking, set your favorite routes, and save locations for easy trip planning.

Map Apps 

Already have a favorite map app? You can use apps like Google Maps or Apple Maps to plan your trip. Simply select the “Transit” icon (it looks like a small train or bus) when searching for directions. These apps are helpful if you are already familiar with their layout.

The Rider’s Guide 

If you prefer a physical map or a document you can download, check out our Rider’s Guide. It contains: 

  • Full system maps 
  • Individual route schedules 
  • Rules for riding and safety tips 

You can pick up a paper copy at any LTD station or view it online.
