Plan Your Trip

See all nearby transportation options as soon as you open the app.

  • Get from Point A to Point B: Use the search bar to find your destination, set your starting point, and GO! 
  • Find the Fastest Way: Compare your options using public transit, other modes of transportation, or a combination of the two. 
  • Preview Your Route: Get accurate arrival time estimates and see upcoming departures. 

Use Go Mode 

Go mode gives you step-by-step directions during your trip. It’s like having a personal trip planning assistant in your pocket. Tap GO to get: 

  • Timely Notifications: Get to your stop on time with reminders when it’s time to leave, change buses, and get off the bus. 
  • Service Alerts: Don’t let detours throw you off track. Keep on top of schedule changes, stop relocations, and other unexpected detours. 
  • Real-Time Bus Tracking: Watch your bus get closer to your stop in real time.

Personalize your app to fit your needs.  

  • Walking Speed: Update your walking speed for more accurate travel times. 
  • Prioritize Accessibility: Tell the app to show step-free or less-step trips first and display accessibility info. 
  • Notification Preferences: Turn on notifications for Service Alerts. Tell the app which routes you care about and even set customer hours for your commute times to only get the notifications that are important to you. 
  • Save Your Faves: Pin your favorite routes so they show up first and save locations you travel to often.
