How to redeem your benefit code:
- Download the Umo app on the Apple App store or Google Play store.
- Create a Umo account.
- In the app, open the menu on the upper left-hand corner.
- Select "Redeem Benefit Code" from the menu.
- Tap "Change Agency" and select LTD - Lane Transit District.
- Type the last eight characters of the benefit code above.
- Click "Redeem Code."
- When you're ready to ride, open the app and click on "Code" at the bottom of your screen.
- When boarding, show the QR code to the reader. This pass can be used multiple times throughout your stay.
