LTD Hosts Northwest Transit Exchange
Lane Transit District (LTD) is hosting the Northwest Transit Exchange (NWTX) conference at the Lane Community College’s Mary Spilde Downtown Center, across from the District’s Eugene Station, in Eugene, on Oct. 5 and 6, 2023.
Hosted by LTD’s Mobility Planning Team, NWTX annually brings transit professionals together from throughout the Northwest, including Alaska and Canada, to share best practices as well as discuss regional transit challenges and opportunities.
“By working together, public transit agencies strengthen the service they can deliver to their communities,” said Jeramy Card, an LTD Development Planner, who led the planning for the NWTX in Eugene. “We are pleased to host this event and to show our regional colleagues the wonderful community where we live and serve.”
