Proposed Changes to the Autzen Express Football Service

Changes are being proposed to Lane Transit District’s (LTD) Autzen Express service, which serves the University of Oregon Duck football games.
The proposed changes include a service start time three hours prior to kick-off rather than four, which was the original start time. Additionally, it is proposed that fares for the service will now cost $5 for each rider, including those who have an LTD pass. LTD passes will no longer be accepted for this premium bus service.
Public comments are being accepted for these changes beginning on Monday, July 2, through August 15. Two public hearings will be held, on July 18 and August 15 with adoption of the proposed changes expected to take place at the LTD Board meeting on August 15.

The service, which operates from eight area Park & Ride locations, provides non-stop trips to Autzen Stadium prior to kickoff and return service at half time and post-game. On average, 8,000 - 10,000 fans ride the Autzen Express every home game.
