The route begins at Eugene Station (Bay E) and travels north on Olive Street and west on 5th Avenue near Washington-Jefferson Park. The bus continues west on 5th Avenue, north on Blair Boulevard, west on 2nd Avenue and north on Chambers Street, where it serves the Eugene Mission. Chambers Street becomes River Road, and the bus continues north on River Road. North Eugene High School is west of River Road on Silver Lane. The bus continues north on River Road, serving Santa Clara Square, and stops at Santa Clara Station (Bay B). The bus departs Santa Clara Station and turns west on Green Lane, north on River Road, west onto Irvington Drive, south on Arrowhead Street, east on Irving Drive, and south on River Road to arrive at Santa Clara Station (Bay F).
