Passenger Survey Begins
Lane Transit District (LTD) will launch an online community survey to determine passenger needs for making trips aboard LTD’s buses. This passenger survey complements the District’s frequent collection of information about ridership and other measures used to better serve the entire District.
“The survey is an example of how LTD lives one of its core values to seek continuous improvement,” said Aurora Jackson, LTD’s General Manager. “Knowing who is riding the LTD system and where they are going is important for us to understand so we can determine how best to serve the District to the fullest extent based on our health-first approach and within the District’s resources.”
The survey will be posted April 12, 2021 through May 9, 2021 here. People who take the survey will be entered to win a $100 GrubHub or $100 Fred Meyer gift card.
LTD continues to follow the new Federal mandate requiring everyone to wear masks over their nose and mouth on District property and aboard buses. More information, including for those who due to health reasons cannot wear a mask, can be found here.
