How much does it cost to ride the bus?

For the most up-to-date information on fares, view the Fares & Pass Pricing webpage.

Do you have electronic bus passes?

LTD provides convenient access to fares through the free Umo Mobility app. If you don’t have a smartphone or prefer physical bus passes, purchase a day pass at one of the ticket vending machines on an EmX platform or pay cash when boarding a fixed-route bus (exact change is required).

How do I pay for fare on EmX?

All LTD passes are accepted on EmX buses. EmX Day Passes are available for purchase at EmX platform ticket vending machines and are also accepted on regular LTD buses. Hold on to your EmX ticket! There is no need to present your EmX ticket to the operator, but be prepared to show a fare inspector if asked. If you are using a digital pass in the Umo Mobility app, please have the pass visible on your phone screen and ready to be scanned by a fare inspector if asked.

Which pass should I get if I’m here for the weekend? A week? More?

If you plan to take a round-trip or multi-way bus ride, purchase a Day Pass. If you plan to be in town for more than 14 days, a 1-Month Pass makes more sense. Click to learn more about fares and pass pricing.

How do I know where to catch the bus and get to my destination?

Getting to your destination is easy with LTD’s Trip Planner. Click to view step-by-step instructions for the mobile trip planning tool when you’re on the go.

Where’s my bus? How do I get real-time information?

Who do I contact if I need help?

We’re here to help! If you need assistance, contact or visit the Customer Service Center.

Is LTD accessible? How do I ride with a mobility device?

On all LTD buses ramps, lifts and “kneeling” are available to anyone who uses a mobility device or has difficulty climbing steps. Just ask the operator for assistance. All buses have space for mobility devices.
