Ride LTD and Reduce Graduation Weekend Congestion

June 11, 2025

Lane Transit District (LTD) is here to help people get around during the University of Oregon’s graduation weekend. This year’s University Commencement Ceremony takes place Monday, June 16 at 9:00 a.m. at Autzen Stadium.

“Every June, we look forward to transporting grads and their loved ones to celebrations. This weekend is a crowded one in Eugene and Springfield, so riding the bus is an easy call,” said Eric Breitenstein, LTD’s Marketing Director. “Whether you need to get to Autzen Stadium, Matthew Knight Arena or Oakway Center, LTD can do it all. The best part? We save you time and stress because you don’t have to sweat the parking or traffic.”

Routes 13 and 79x go to Autzen Stadium, while EmX can drop riders off on campus. Eugene Station is LTD’s central hub, where most bus routes pass through, making it a great place to start any trip.

Details about how to get around via LTD are available here, or you can take a PeaceHealth Rides bike, by our partners at Cascadia Mobility.

Complete bus schedules are available online.
