Webber Elected LTD Board Treasurer

Springfield bank officer Michelle Webber was unanimously elected Treasurer of the Lane Transit District (LTD) Board of Directors during the governing body's January 19, 2022 meeting. Webber represents LTD subdistrict 2: West Springfield area.
"I am pleased to serve LTD and subdistrict 2 as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors,” Webber said. “It is a transformative time for LTD as we launch a national search for the next general manager and continue to navigate the challenges COVID presents to all of us. I look forward to working with my colleagues on the board to govern the District."
Oregon Governor Kate Brown appointed Webber to the LTD Board of Directors in April 2021. She has a long history of serving her community, including leadership positions with the Springfield School District Board, Springfield Public Library Foundation, Springfield Rotary Club, Springfield Education Foundation, and the Wildish Theatre. Webber is an Assistant Vice President for Columbia Bank.
