Order Status

How do I track my order status?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of our site and then click “View Past Orders” to track your order status.  Once your order has been shipped, the status will say “Complete.”

Has my order shipped?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of our site to check your order status.  Then click “View Past Orders” to view the status.  Once an order has been shipped, the status will say “Complete.”  Please wait five (5) business days from the date indicated before inquiring about your order.

When will my order ship?

All orders will be filled and shipped via U.S. Postal Service within two (2) business days. Please allow five (5) additional business days for delivery.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Once your order has been placed, you cannot make changes to it from this site.  If you need to make a change, please contact Customer Service at 541-687-5555.

My order never arrived.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site and then click “View Past Orders" to track your order status. An item is missing from my shipment.

If your order arrived with an item missing, please contact Customer Service immediately, but do so within 72 hours of receiving the product.

I received the wrong product.

If you received the wrong product, please contact Customer Service immediately, but do so within 72 hours of receiving the product.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
