Pricing and Billing

I have a question on my charges.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of our site and then click ”View Past Orders.” Choose the order for which you would like to see details. If you still have questions or concerns, please contact Customer Service at 541-687-5555.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Your receipt was emailed to you when you checked out.  If you did not receive your receipt, you can always view your order details online.  Click the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of our site and then click ”View Past Orders.” Choose the order for which you would like to see details.  If you require a printed receipt, follow the printing instructions for your internet browser.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped.  This will be denoted by a status of “Completed” on your order history.

How much is my shipping?

If you choose to have your order shipped (default) a flat shipping and handling fee of $2.00 per order will be added to your total. All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service.

If you prefer to pick up your order at our Customer Service Center, simply select “Pick up” at check out and no shipping and handling fee will be charged.
