Do I have to create an account to place an order?
You can place an order without creating an account. When you check out, choose “continue as a guest.” You will be asked to provide the name and shipping address for your order as well as payment information. However, this information (including your payment information) will not be saved. You will be required to re-enter it the next time you place an order.
If you choose to continue as a guest you will not be able to view past orders or see the status of your current order.
How do I create an account?
You may create an account prior to placing an order by clicking “My Account” link at the top right-hand side of our site. Click “Create Account” and follow the steps indicated.
You may also create an account when you proceed to the checkout after placing an order. From the secure checkout, click “Create Account” and follow the steps indicated.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of our site and then click “Manage Account.” From there, you can update your profile including your payment information.
You cannot store your shipping information. You must enter it each time you place an order.
I forgot my username or password.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of our site.
If you forgot your username, select “Forgot your username?” and enter your email address (this must be the same email address that is currently associated with your account). An email will be sent to you with your username.
If you forgot your password, select “Forgot your password?” and enter your username and email address. You will be prompted to answer the security question that you chose when you created your account. Once you have answered correctly, an email will be sent to you with a temporary password. You will be required to change your password before proceeding.
