Board of Directors Regular Meetings

The Board of Directors holds regular monthly meetings at 5:30 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month. The Board holds work sessions at 5:30 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month on a bi-monthly basis. Meetings are open to the public and include a forum for public comments. The public comment period begins at 5:30 p.m. If you are not able to attend the Board meeting and would like to present testimony to the Board, you may send your comments to P.O. Box 7070, Springfield, OR 97475 or clerk@ltd.org.

Board Meeting Location

On occasion, Board meetings may need to be held at an alternate location. Board meeting information is available on LTD’s website the Friday prior to each meeting. If you require an interpreter or other communication aid at a meeting, please call 541-687-5555 (7-1-1 TTY) (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays) at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.

Open to the Public

Community members are welcome and encouraged to attend City Council meetings. Meetings include an opportunity for the public to provide input or commentary on any issue they would like the Board to consider. Meetings are open to the public and include a forum for public comments.
